Privacy Policy

1. Who operates SentinelAI

SentinelAI is operated by Yinalo Corp, SAS, doing business as Neovantia Consulting ("Neovantia", "we", "us", or "our"). Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@neovantia.com.mx .

2. Scope

This policy applies to SentinelAI's public website and read-only integrations. It does not replace the privacy policy of ChatGPT, OpenAI, a user's organization, an emergency authority, or another third-party service.

3. Information processed

SentinelAI may process:

• Action parameters: community codes, observation types, source codes, historical ranges, and similar parameters needed to answer a read-only request.
• Technical information: request time, requested URL, IP address, user agent, response status, and security or diagnostic information that may appear in web-server or hosting logs.
• Messages sent voluntarily: information a person includes when contacting support or the privacy address.

The GPT Action does not require a SentinelAI account and does not request passwords, API keys, IoT credentials, database credentials, payment information, or government identifiers. Users should not include sensitive personal information in operational requests or support messages.

4. How information is used

We process information only as reasonably necessary to:

• return requested SentinelAI information;
• operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service;
• detect misuse and protect service availability;
• understand aggregate service performance; and
• respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.

SentinelAI does not use GPT Action requests to calculate or modify authoritative risk, create warnings, ingest observations, or control connected devices.

5. ChatGPT and OpenAI

When a person uses the SentinelAI GPT, OpenAI processes the conversation under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. OpenAI may send SentinelAI the parameters required to call a selected Action. Neovantia does not control OpenAI's independent processing, account settings, or retention.

6. Service providers and disclosure

We may rely on hosting, infrastructure, security, and communications providers that process limited information to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to investigate misuse. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

SentinelAI does not create an application profile from GPT Action use. Technical and security logs may be retained for only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and hosting provider requirements. Support and privacy correspondence may be retained while a request is handled and as needed to document its resolution.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of this demonstration service. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Individual choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may have rights to request information about, access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Requests may be sent to privacy@neovantia.com.mx . We may need to verify a request before responding.

ChatGPT conversation and account controls must be exercised through OpenAI. A user may also choose not to invoke the SentinelAI Action.

10. International access

SentinelAI may be accessed internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the user's location, subject to applicable safeguards and service provider arrangements.

11. Children

SentinelAI is intended for professional and community decision-support contexts and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the GPT Action.

12. Operational limitation

SentinelAI supports informed human decisions. It is not an official emergency-warning authority, and its information and recommendations require appropriate human review.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when SentinelAI's information practices or integrations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
